Rebekah Waldo, Regional Director, Community Management, brings more than 12 years of experience in the association management industry. Rebekah’s in-depth expertise allows her to effectively serve her clients and act as a trusted advisor for all community matters.

During the course of her career, she has overseen community management teams for a variety of associations, including single-family, condo, mixed-use, and new developments. Her comprehensive, service-oriented approach has allowed her to create tailored plans for every community and foster long-term relationships with board members and residents alike. She takes pride in and is driven by delivering outstanding customer service and helping communities operate within their governing documents.

Rebekah currently holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and AMS designations and is accredited with Community Associations Institute (CAI). She is currently working towards the prestigious PCAM designation. She also holds an associate’s degree in business.
