This is the first association client for the new company and firmly establishes its position as a major competitor in the Phoenix Valley.

The Community Association for William Lyon Homes at Sonoran Foothills is a community of 336 single family homes that are part of a master association. The affluent area is known for its award winning school district and was rated one of the top 10 places in Arizona to live in 2018.
